I would need to say first that meeting with Barbara Cerullo for life coaching was, above all, a joy. My greatest concern prior to beginning sessions was that conversations would get awkward due to the fact that she’s married to our CEO, but that truly was not the case. All our meetings were confidential and to make me more comfortable, Barbara even shared about her personal life. Coaching became time during the work-week to relax and be encouraged in the faith by a kind friend.
